How Can We Help?

Common Inquiries

What is the minimum age requirement for the Casino Lounge?

The Grand Casino Lounge is open exclusively to resort guests aged 18 and over, in accordance with Chilean gambling legislation. Valid photo identification is required upon entry. We promote responsible gambling and provide resources for guests who may need support.

Is airport transfer available from Calama?

Yes. We offer private luxury vehicle transfers from El Loa Airport (Calama, CJC), approximately 100 km from the resort. The journey takes around 1.5 hours through the spectacular Atacama landscape. Please inform our concierge of your flight details at least 48 hours in advance to arrange transfer.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability — please contact our concierge team in advance. Luggage storage is available free of charge on the day of arrival and departure.

Are children welcome at the resort?

Grand Atacama Resort warmly welcomes families with children. We offer connecting suite configurations, personalised children's menus at El Cielo Restaurant, and curated family-friendly desert expeditions. Please note that the Casino Lounge, Oasis Spa adults-only areas, and the infinity pool after 9 PM are restricted to guests aged 18 and over.

Is Wi-Fi available throughout the resort?

High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all suites, villas, and common areas of the resort, complimentary for all guests. Due to our remote location in the Atacama Desert, connectivity may occasionally be limited in certain outdoor areas. We encourage guests to embrace the rare tranquility of digital disconnection during desert expeditions.
