Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website grandatacamaresort.cl or
making a reservation at Grand Atacama Resort & Casino ("the Resort"),
you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms
constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Grand Atacama
Resort & Casino, a company registered under the laws of the Republic of
Chile.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of
our services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the
updated terms.
2. Reservations and Booking Policy
All reservations are subject to availability and must be confirmed by
our reservations team. A reservation is only considered confirmed upon
receipt of written confirmation from us and any required deposit.

Reservations made via the website form are treated as requests until
confirmed in writing.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.

The name on the reservation must match a valid government-issued photo
ID presented at check-in.

Rates quoted are per room, per night, and are subject to applicable
Chilean taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.

Special rates and promotional offers are non-transferable and subject
to specific terms.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms vary by room type and season:

A deposit of 30% of the total stay value is required to confirm
reservations made more than 30 days in advance.

Full payment is required for reservations made within 14 days of
arrival.

Accepted payment methods: major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard,
American Express), bank transfer.

All transactions are processed in Chilean Peso (CLP) or USD as
indicated. Exchange rate fluctuations are the responsibility of the
guest.

A credit card pre-authorisation for incidental charges will be held
upon check-in and released within 7 business days of check-out.
4. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM local Chile time. Early
check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Check-out: By 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out
requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to
availability. Late check-out after 3:00 PM will be charged at 50% of
the nightly rate.

Valid photo identification (passport or national identity document) is
required for all guests upon check-in, in compliance with Chilean
regulations.

The Resort reserves the right to charge for all nights reserved
regardless of actual arrival time.
5. Guest Conduct
Grand Atacama Resort & Casino is an exclusive establishment dedicated to
providing all guests with a peaceful and luxurious environment. All
guests are expected to:

Treat fellow guests, staff, and resort property with respect at all
times.

Observe quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM in accommodation
areas.

Adhere to dress codes in resort restaurants and the Casino Lounge
(smart casual minimum).
- Not engage in any illegal activity on resort premises.
- Supervise minors in their care at all times.
The Resort reserves the right to remove any guest whose conduct is
deemed disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate, without refund of any
prepaid amounts.
6. Casino Lounge Terms
The Grand Casino Lounge is operated under a license issued in accordance
with Chilean Gambling Laws (Ley No. 19.995 and subsequent regulations):

Entry is restricted to resort guests aged 18 years and over. Valid
photo identification is required.

The Casino Lounge reserves the right to refuse entry to any person.

Responsible gambling is promoted. Self-exclusion programmes are
available on request.

The Resort does not accept responsibility for any financial losses
incurred in the Casino Lounge.
- Casino winnings are subject to applicable Chilean taxation.

Maximum stakes and table limits are posted at each gaming table and
are subject to change.
7. Damage and Liability
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to resort
property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. The cost of
repairs or replacement will be charged to the credit card on file.
The Resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal
belongings unless caused by the Resort's proven negligence. We strongly
recommend travel insurance that includes personal property cover.
8. Force Majeure
The Resort shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance
caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not
limited to natural disasters, extreme weather events, volcanic activity,
government restrictions, pandemics, civil unrest, or utility failures.
In such cases, the Resort will endeavour to offer alternative dates or a
credit for future stays.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on grandatacamaresort.cl, including text,
images, logos, and design, is the property of Grand Atacama Resort &
Casino and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express
written permission.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes arising from these
terms or your stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
courts of Antofagasta Region, Chile.
